Family Cricket Day Poster Competition

To promote the upcoming Family Cricket day on 6th May, our illustrator Keri Green ran a drawing competition with the same class of children from East Harptree Primary School that she worked with for World Book Day. The children chose from a duck, donkey or peacock to draw, to illustrate the three cricket teams at the family cricket day.

Keri had some great drawing entries! The lucky winning animal drawings were a donkey by Frank (age 8), a duck by Seb (age 7) and a peacock by Flora. They are included in the poster that Keri designed to promote the Family Cricket Day and are now being featured on posters all around East Harptree Village.
